This bespoke ERP solution provided comprehensive tools for creating, managing, and tracking work orders, along with dynamic profit calculation and inventory management. Built with scalability and precision, it enhanced Midtec's operational efficiency, financial insight, and resource planning.
Job Cards allows Midtec to create and manage work orders from inception to completion. Users can seamlessly update job statuses—marking orders as 'Open' or 'Closed'—while tracking job progression in real-time. The system also provides easy labeling for payment statuses, ensuring that every project stage is accounted for.
The system integrates a robust dynamic profit calculation engine. As work orders are updated with new data, such as materials used or services rendered, the ERP recalculates profits in real-time, offering a precise overview of each project’s financial performance.
Job Cards facilitates efficient payment tracking, enabling users to easily adjust and manage payment statuses throughout the project lifecycle.
The system includes a basic inventory management feature that monitors material availability, alerting users when stock levels are low and aiding in effective resource allocation.
